According to the American College Health Association, 66% of college students reported experiencing overwhelming anxiety in the past year, and 41.6% meet the clinical criteria for an anxiety disorder. Our team saw a gap in how anxiety is managed during critical moments and asked: what if clothing itself could help?

Haven continuously monitors physiological indicators—such as heart rate variability, skin temperature, and breathing patterns—through embedded sensors. When anxiety is detected, it automatically activates therapeutic responses like deep pressure stimulation (similar to a weighted blanket) and rhythmic vibration therapy. The experience is seamless, enabling wearers to regulate anxiety privately and effortlessly.
