UV0: Motion Activated Boots

UV0 is a pair of motion-activated boots exploring how wearable design can feel responsive and alive. Using simple circuitry and a sensor-based trigger, the boots react to movement to create an interactive walking experience.

We made UV0 by combining shoemaking with prototyping— designing the form, integrating electronics, and iterating on comfort and durability so the interaction feels natural while walking.
